By using EviaTools you agree to the following:

• Free for personal and commercial use. You may use tool outputs in your own projects, including commercial ones.
• No warranties. Tools are provided "as is". AI results (background removal, paraphrasing) may be imperfect — always review outputs before relying on them.
• Your responsibility. You must have the rights to any image or text you process, and you remain responsible for how you use the results (including academic-integrity rules for paraphrased text).
• Fair use. Don't abuse, scrape or attempt to disrupt the service.

We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
